In order to return the artwork, the following steps must be followed:

1. The customer must email info@fotografistudio.com.au within 2 working days from the date they received the artwork to indicate that they wish to return the artwork

2. The customer must carefully repackage the artwork in its original condition and have it ready for return

3. We will arrange for the artwork to be picked up by a courier from the customer's original delivery address at our cost.

4. If the artwork is returned in any condition less than when it was delivered, the customer will have additional costs deducted from their refund.

5. The customer will be refunded in full for artwork returned within 5 days in its original condition.

6. There are no refunds or returns in any other circumstances.
