HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1:  BOOKING AND DISCUSSION

• You can book a photo shoot for yourself or as a gift for someone at our photography studio. The booking can be for an individual, a couple or a  group of family or friends.    For groups of 3 or more, please book through Lethbridge Gallery.

• Once your booking is completed , we will contact you to confirm your preferred photo session time.   If you wish to change your booking date, we can do it over the phone, so it's no problem.

• Then, closer to the photoshoot, we will call you to discuss the style of artistic photos you like. You can look through our website or share any other photos you like for ideas.  We also discuss outfits and other details.  It's all fun and exciting as we can design the shoot either as a fine art portrait or a special concept that you love.  We can also discuss the size and style of wall art that will suit your home, if you like, so we can plan the  shoot with your home decor in mind too!

STEP2:  THE STUDIO SHOOT

• All photo sessions are done at our fully equipped studio in Pinjarra Hills, Brisbane. Its about 20 minutes from the CBD (approximately 6 km from Kenmore)

• On the day of the appointment, we do a relaxed, fun, directed photo-shoot with you. Click here to see comments from our past clients. .

• For ladies, we recommend coming with your make up and hair styled ready for the shoot . You may wish to get professional hair and make up done, if you prefer.  We also recommend that you bring along 5-6 outfits, accessories and footwear that you love. We do have a few dresses from Size 6- 18 at our studio that you are welcome to use for the shoot. We also have lots of accessories that we can use.  For men, we also recommend bringing at least 4 outfits and footwear (we can help you choose, if you are not sure).

• If your session includes babies/ kids, we want to let you know in advance that we love interacting with kids and love photographing kids as they are so naturally exquisite and delightful.  We totally understand that they may need breaks, so we allow for additional time.  That is no problem as we have space for parents to feed and change babies, or just relax with them till they are ready to join the session again. 

• During the photo shoot , we try and take as many photos as needed to make sure we get some great shots that capture beautiful expressions and form.  We try and make sure you are happy and content with the session and feel well looked after throughout your engagement with us.

STEP 3: VIEWING AND ORDERING

This is the biggest fun part.   Approximately three weeks after your photo shoot, you will be invited to a viewing session where you can see a selection of your portraits/artwork.  At this point you can select and order your  prints.  This is the exciting part as we hope you will love your art photos.   We try and make sure that every piece we create is a special, unique work of art, not just a typical photograph.  You can choose one or more artworks!

You are buying a work of art, not a photograph!

PHOTO SESSION FEES FOR INDIVIDUALS OR GROUP OF TWO 

​

• The Photo Session Fees noted above includes the full photo session, plus ONE museum quality fine art print of your choice (16 X 16 inches or 42cm X 29.7cm).  If you do not want a print, you can swap it for a high resolution digital image instead. The price is the same for either option. 

*Groups can include friends, family or a maximum of one pet. 

• For larger groups and specialised commissions, please contact us for pricing.

• The Photo Session can typically take 2- 3 hours. 

• You can choose 3-4 looks/ outfit changes. 

• We take quite a few different style photos to give you a great selection to choose from.  We shoot till we are happy with the images.

PRICE FOR ADDITIONAL WALL ART PRINTS (Museum Quality)

• You can order one or more additional Wall Art prints during the studio/online showing

(Typically, our clients end up ordering more than one artwork, because they love more than one image.  They see it as a once in a lifetime investment for artwork- a beautiful rendering of them at a moment in time that can never be replicated.  However, it is entirely your choice- there is absolutely no obligation!)

  • 16 X 16 inches/ 40.64 cm X 40.64 cm- $495

  • 24 X 24 inches/ 60.96cm X 60.96cm- $595

  • 30X 30 inches/ 76.2cm X 76.2cm- $695

• Rectangle Wall Art Print (unframed)

  • 11.7 X 16.5 inches/ 42cm X 29.7cm (A3)- $495

  • 16.5 X 23.4 inches/ 59.4cm X 42cm (A2)- $595

  • 23.4 X 33.1 inches/ 84.1cm X 59.4cm (A1)- $695

*Add $25 per print for delivery to your home.  Alternatively, you can collect your prints from our studio at no cost.​

Please note:

• The photographs we take at your Studio session are put through a meticulous professional fine art process to create your Wall Art.
  The Wall Art is  then printed on high quality Museum Grade,  archival paper with  long life pigment inks. 

• Each print comes with a white border surrounding the image for framing.   This allows you to get your Wall Art framed as you wish to suit the decor in your home.

• We do not offer high resolution digital images, instead of prints.  However, you will receive a small web sized, watermarked digital image with every print ordered (this is not suitable for printing, but can be used on your social media). 

• Your prints are usually available for delivery 2-3 weeks after purchase.

• TERMS

• Photo Session fees and gifts are non-refundable. Gifts cannot be redeemed for cash.

• We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, the fees is non-refundable, however, we are happy to reschedule your appointment for another day, as long as you let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment.

• We need all our clients to sign a Photography Consent Form prior to the photo shoot- this gives us the authority to take your images and use them only as permitted by you.

• Prices include GST. Persons under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by a parent/ legal guardian.
